The R200 PRT is a thru-feed machine designed specially for door hardware machining and it can be integrated in a production line or as a standalone machine. The R200 PRT base and mobile gantry are electro-welded and ribbed steel structures that ensure the rigidity and precision of this CNC Router.
- Machining unit: 12HP (S1 Rating) SCM electro-spindle
- Machining unit: 16 or 24 tool changers available
- TECNO Machining unit: two 12HP parallel electro-spindles
- TECNO Machining unit: additional 16 or 24 positions tool changer can be added
- Vacuum cups are positioned automatically to accommodate almost any door width or length
- Optional Roller tables, for the in-feed and out-feed
- Clear Head Protection, Full height metal Fence around the machine
