Moulding Production: Work “Smarter” not “Harder”
Are you considering the idea of purchasing a new moulder or are you already operating a profitable moulding operation? This seminar just might teach you some tricks and methods to make you more efficient in your day to day millwork operation. Real time moulder demonstrations along with interactive discussions will provide a worthwhile learning experience.
How to be Profitable in the Custom Moulding Business
If you invest in a moulder, you had better keep it running full time to be profitable, right? Not necessarily. Moulders are “Cash Cows.” We’ll share methods to skim the cream. What are the four revenue centers where custom moulding profits are generated? How do you estimate waste and scrap factors? Discussions and a slide show presentation will answer these questions and more.
