How to be Profitable in the Custom Moulding Business
If you invest in a moulder, you had better keep it running full time to be profitable, right?  Not necessarily.  Moulders are “Cash Cows.” We’ll share methods to skim the cream.  What are the four revenue centers where custom moulding profits are generated?  How do you estimate waste and scrap factors?  Discussions and a slide show presentation will answer these questions and more.
