Gabbiani was founded in the '60s with the aim of supplying Italian furniture makers with panel sawing machines and systems of high quality and with great productive capacity. Within a few years Gabbiani technology became synonymous with high quality and its machines were being used by the leading Italian and European furniture manufacturers. The Gabbiani production range is characterized by original and strongly innovative solutions, many of which are protected by patents.

In 1986, Gabbiani became part of the SCM Group, strengthening its sales network and investing in research to create new products. Gabbiani with c lose collaboration with Mahros, a specialist in the material handling systems and component parts of the SCM Group, became increasingly important. Gabbiani and Mahros are now together in a large modern factory and are able to quickly and synergically supply for the needs of a changing market.
