If your CNC machine warranty has expired, sign up for the SCM Preventive Maintenance Program for regular on-site service. Through this program, an SCM Group technician provides regular machine check-ups, including reports to help you anticipate emerging parts needs or repair issues.

Remote Diagnostics
SCM’s CNC machinery delivers high-performance woodworking application with the enhanced maintenance capabilities of NetTech – a remote diagnostic software. NetTech is standard on all SCM CNC machinery, enabling technicians to quickly resolve programming and other machinery software issues from distant locations.
NetTech works in 3 easy steps:
- Customer notifies the SCM Group Technical Support Staff of a software problem.
- An SCM technician remotely connects with the customer’s machine software via a customer-installed phone line.
- The SCM technician remotely controls the machine and diagnoses the problem.
Over 50% of reported software issues are resolved within 90 seconds, and nearly 90% of all issues are successfully resolved by phone. If we can’t fix the problem with NetTech, we’ll send a factory trained, skilled technician to your location.
